He is survived by: his wife Delores Diedrichsen of Holdrege; his children, Christopher Diedrichsen (Lisa) of Holdrege and Amy Lynn Schultze (Adam) of Shawnee, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ethan Schultze, Tyler Schultze and Anastasia Schultze; and his siblings, Ruth Diedrichsen of Lincoln, Nebraska, Ann Jones of North Platte, Nebraska, Beth Hansen (Lee) of Omaha, Nebraska, John P Diedrichsen (Dail) of Hooper, Nebraska and Peter E Diedrichsen (Ruth) of Columbus, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended family members and friends.
A memorial has been established in Fred's honor and kindly suggested to the Nebraska Prairie Museum or to Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.
