He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mueller and Mary Lou Mueller (Harr); his in-laws, Alvin and Violet Jensen; and his brother-in-law Jerry Jensen.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mueller of Holdrege; his children, Chris Mueller (Mickie) of Norfolk, Nebraska, Leigh Root (Rich) of Bel Air, Maryland, Becky Garringer (Todd) of Holdrege, Kelly Burgeson (Alan) of Holdrege, Brad Mueller (Ashley) of Grand Island, Nebraska and Bryan Mueller (Monica) of Kearney, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Jacob, Alexander Root, Nate, Preston (Taya), Matthew Garringer, Madisyn, Alexah, Owen, Elliette Burgeson, Maddix, Jaxson Mueller, Giana, Colvin, Emilia and Zobrie Mueller; his great grandchild Adalynn Garringer; his brother Brad Mueller (Jonell); and his brothers-in-law, Gary Jensen of Holdrege, Tim Jensen (Patty) of Lincoln, Nebraska and Kim Jensen (Lisa) of Cairo, Nebraska. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial has been established in Doug's honor, and kindly suggested to the family for later designation.
