She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Kreutzer and Lila Kreutzer (Richards); her husband Waynard Bryce Johnson; her sons, Stanley "Mike" Johnson and Clettis Johnson; her daughter-in-law Kay Johnson; her sisters-in-law, Melissa Kreutzer and Janet King (Craig); and her nieces, Sandra and McKayla Kreutzer.
She is survived by: her daughter Christine Annette of Ft. Worth, Texas; her daughter-in-law Lisa Johnson of Holdrege; her grandchildren, Vanessa of Holdrege, Samantha of Holdrege, Richard Johnson of Holdrege and Josiah Keas (Jenny) of Fort Worth; her great grandchildren, Katrina Johnson, Kaydence Johnson and Summer Keas; and her brothers, Marlo Kreutzer (Sharon) of Funk, Nebraska and Terry Kreutzer (Cindee) of Keystone, Nebraska. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Donna Jean's honor and kindly suggested to Bluebirds Across Nebraska.
