He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Frisell and Millie Frisell (Uhrich); his wife Harriet Marie Ibsen; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Brady (Emery), Jeanette Bryant, Hazel Arterburn and Dale Ibsen (Doris).
He is survived by: his sons, Steven, Kent Frisell of Holdrege and Steve Frisell (Trudi) of Holdrege; his grandchildren, Andrea McAllister (Jason) of Orleans, Nebraska and Alec Frisell (Mollie) of Holdrege; his great grandchildren, Gunner Evans, Axel Frisell, Ethen and Shaelyn McAllister; and his brother-in-law Keith Arterburn of McCook, Nebraska. He is also survived by his sons and grandchildren showing livestock and dogs.
Due to health concerns, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic; current CDC and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services guidelines for Faith-Based Services and Gatherings will be followed.
A memorial has been established in Donald's honor and kindly suggested to Trinity Evangelical Free Church.
