He was predeceased by: his son Kenneth; his brothers, Orville Norberg and Loren Raymond Norberg (Mina Belle); and his brothers-in-law, Billy J. Jensen (Louise) and Dean Lind.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Norberg of Holdrege; his children, Mary Williams (Larry) of Funk, Eugene Norberg (Micki) of Funk and Barbara Vercher (Byron) of Pineville, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Brooke Williams of Sunnyvale, California, Phil Williams (Erin) of Omaha, Nebraska, Angie Graddy (Paul) of Funk, Carl Norberg of Kearney, Matt Graf (Christina) of Sulphur, Louisiana and Jon Graf of Macon, Georgia; and his sister-in-law Mae Lind of Holdrege. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Bernie's honor and strongly suggested to Christian Homes Care Community or Brookstone Home, Health, and Hospice.
