He is survived by: his parents, Steven Carter and Gail Carter (Jones) of Holbrook; his siblings, Stephanie Carter of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jesse (Alisha) of Wahoo and Justin (Jessica Duran) of Holbrook; his aunts, Barb Nayler (Steve) of Cozad and Suzy Carter of Kearney; and his uncle Nick Carter of Kansas City, Kansas.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
