He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Madsen; his stepdaughter Carmie Glanzer (Justin); his stepgrandchildren, Brooks and Bronson; his stepdaughter Carissa Gould; his stepgrandchildren, Ike, Angus, Getty and Bode; his stepdaughter Camille Collins (Nick); his stepgrandchildren, Lucas, Liam and Amelia; his siblings, Terry Warnken (Marilyn) and Deb Knaus (Ron); his sister-in-law Connie Reiss (Lymon); his nieces and nephews, Alan Warnken (Heather) and Ashley Konert (Derek); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shayla Warnken and Melissa Jakubowski (Mike); and also Taylor Jakubowski. He is also survived by relatives and close friends.
