He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Anderson and Betty Anderson; his sister Kay Roe; and his grandparents, Murl, Grace Anderson, Gust Wilhelm and Nellie Aspegren.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Johansen of Hildreth; his daughters, Kimberly Melroy (Wade) of Minden, Megan Luther (Dusty) of Kearney and Shayla Anderson (Levijames) of Hildreth; his grandchildren, Shelly Hernandez (Adam) of Holdrege, Camryn of Minden, Kaleigh of Minden, Maliyah of Minden, Jade Melroy of Minden, Brooklyn Luther, Charlee Luther of Kearney, Keegan Anderson of Hildreth, Thomas Biltoft of Hildreth and Raiden Biltoft of Hildreth; his stepgranddaughters, Audrie and Ariel Anderson of Gibbon, NE; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Everleigh, Jayce and Kai; and his sister Barbara Peters of Fort Collins, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Minden United Methodist Church (340 N Newell Ave, Minden, NE 68959). The military honors will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Hildreth Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requested memorial contributions in Larry's honor to be given to the family for later designation.
