It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin E. Lesoing (Hickman, Nebraska), who passed away on May 17, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lesoing and Etta Mae Lesoing (Williams); his wife Lorraine Vandertook; his sister Frances Weber; and his brothers-in-law, Lynn May and Don Vandertook.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom (Penha) of Hickman, Gary (Evey) of Hickman and Dean (Teresa) of Hickman; his grandchildren, Julian (Beatriz), Adrian Lesoing (Zach), Sasha Lesoing (Matthew), Jill Jasa (Nick), Megan Ehrke (Todd), Brittany England (Daniel) and Brandon Lesoing (Kate Edwards); his sister Madge May of Luverne, MN; and his sister-in-law Arlene Vandertook of Lincoln. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
