She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kummer and Ida Kummer (Eisenmann); her husband Glen Harold Jacobsen; her grandchildren, Nicklaus and Megan Doudney; her great grandchild Marley Neumann; her son-in-law Ivan Davenport; and her siblings, Elmer, Lois and Jeanette.
She is survived by: her children, Charmayne Bates (David) of Sheldon, IA, Russell Jacobsen (Janice) of Lincoln, Cynthia Medeiros-Potter of Council Bluffs, IA, Joyce Grauer (Daniel) of Council Bluffs, IA and Holly Davenport of Fairmont. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
