He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Rico and Rosalia Rico; his sisters, Julia Cervantez and Connie Garza; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Cervantez and Alex Tinajera.
He is survived by: his sisters, Eva Rico of Hershey, Mary Rico of Hershey and Anita Tinajera of Arvada, Colorado; and his brother-in-law Lucio Garza of Hershey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to the local food pantries or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
