He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren L. Mills and Myra B. Mills (Amidon). He is survived by: his son Timothy Warren Mills (Melanie); his wife Pam (Swope); his stepchildren, Tami Carlson (Cliff) and Brent Matthes; his grandchildren, Addison, Ellianna Mills, Alyssia Meyers, Breyden and Natalie Matthes; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Aria and Ava Meyers.
