She is survived by: her children, Deane Hoffman (Sheryl) of Fremont, Donie Lynn Hoffman (Marc Smith) of Kansas City and Ron Hoffman (Shannon Rockford) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Marshal Hoffman, Rusty Hoffman, Jeff Hoffman and Jessica Hoffman; her great grandchild Aiden Hoffman; and also, Kim Johnson and Tracy Belgarde.
