With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lila Ahrens of Hemingford, Nebraska, born in Ainsworth, Nebraska, who passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lila Ahrens to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Weber and Irene Weber; her husband John August Ahrens; and her grandson Cole Ahrens. She is survived by: her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Cindy Ahrens of Marsland, NE; her sons, Tom Ahrens of Marsland, NE and Joe; her daughter-in-law Paula Ahrens of Palmer, AK.; her grandchildren, Kim Haas (Kory), Ben Ahrens (Shelby), Coleman Ahrens (Madi), Ian Ahrens (Ashley) and Logan Ahrens; her great grandchildren, Tayten, Jayce Haas, Brayden, Colben and Laeth Ahrens; and her siblings, Jim Weber (Becky), Beth Gibbons, Ted Weber, Glen Weber (Lauretta) and Gene Weber. She is also survived by children, she helped raise her grandchildren along with many other neighbor children.
