She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Herbaugh and Beula Herbaugh (Kennedy); her parents-in-law, Melvin and O'Linda Overturf; her grandson Mathew Furman; and her siblings, Bill Herbaugh, Bud Herbaugh, Dennis Herbaugh and Linda Winter.
She is survived by: her husband George Overturf; her children, Once, Mike Furman (Mary Sue), Pat Furman (Terri), Pamylla Adams (David) and Daniel Furman (Deb); her sister Elsie Haller (Pat); and her brother-in-law Myron "Woody" Overturf. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the family to establish a scholarship in Joyce's name.Joyce.
