With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen C. Planansky (Hemingford, Nebraska), who passed away on May 3, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Jezek and Lillian Jezek (Kolousek); her husband Vern; and her brothers, Joe and Rudy Jezek.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Planansky, Dennis (Barbara Planansky) of North Platte, Rod (Deb Planansky) of Hemingford and Christy (Steve Fischer) of Omaha. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
