It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Richard Mazanec of Hemingford, Nebraska, born in Chadron, Nebraska, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Mazanec and Rachel Mazanec (Klein); his granddaughter Alyssa M. Mazanec; and his sister Janice Bellew. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Leslie Wishion of Tucson, AZ, Laurie Mazanec of Hemingford, Lee Mazanec (Christine) of Hemingford, Larry Mazanec (Sami Knots) of Whitney, NE and Jessica Pritchard (Cory) of Hemingford; and his stepson Donnie Richardson (Holly) of Powhatan, VA.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
