He is survived by: his wife Charlene Lewis; his children, Cody Jr. (Rebekkah Kaper) and Kimber Kaper; his sister Rosemary Heron; his grandchildren, Zak Kaper, Joel Lewis, Madison and Kaper Boardman; and his great grandchild Sorrah Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
