He is survived by: his daughters, Donita (David Johnson) of Bowie, MD and Denise (Patrick) of Severn, MD; his grandsons, Daniel Johnson of Bowie, MD, Brian (Stephanie Johnson) of Melbourne, FL, Scott Bettinger of Hanover, MD, Eric Bettinger and Sean Bettinger of Severn, MD; his great grandchildren, Faith, Ryan, Emma, Noah Johnson of Melbourne, FL and Maverick De La Torre of Delray Beach, FL; his sister Janet Koch of Ruskin, NE; his nieces, Barbara (Brad Brettmann) of Lincoln, NE and Sue Greenwood of Lincoln, NE; his nephew Richard (Cheryl Koch) of Hebron, NE; and his half-siblings, Phylis Hollamon-Berg, Ann Patterson and Larry Stelling.
