He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton R. Berkeypile and Gladys Berkeypile (McCollough); his wife Shirley Berkeypile; his daughter Jill Berkeypile; his parents-in-law, Mable and Russell Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Don Johnson and Gale Stratman.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Berkeypile (Nicole Simeon) of Heartwell, Amy Hickman of Kearney and Lisa Berkeypile (Brad Hasbrouck) of Heartwell; his grandchildren, Garrett Berkeypile, Brett Berkeypile, Clayton Hickman, Joe Hickman, Faith Hasbrouck and AJ Hasbrouck; his sisters, Sue Johnson and Ann Werner (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Leonard Johnson (Connie), Harrold Johnson (Marilyn), Eileen Stratman and Roseann Burchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.
