He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Otte and Elva Otte (Franklin); his wife Wanda Capellen; and his sister Betty Deuel. He is survived by: his children, Lance Otte (Julie) of Hazard, Trisha Chandler (Rory) of Bellevue and Kimberly Kriha (Dan) of Ravenna; his grandchildren, Olivia Schrock (Nathaniel) of Ravenna, Adyson Otte (Dillan Hough) of Eddyville, Mason Chandler of Bellevue, Marshal Chandler of Bellevue and Landry Otte of Hazard; and his great grandchildren, Gracie and Logan Schrock.
