He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Karre and Nellie Karre (Fitzgerald); his wife Norma Karre; his brother Herbert Karre; his father-in-law Dewey McConnell (Ethel); his brother-in-law Jack McConnell; and his great grandchild Turner Frecks.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Karre (Julie) of McCook, NE, Larry Karre (Jeannie) of Cozad, Marlene Cox (Mick) of Hayes Center and Janet Deaver (Barry) of North Platte; his sister-in-law Francis McConnell of Lewellen; and his nieces and nephews, Jay, Luke McConnell, Connie Kemper (Rod) of North Platte and Carol Rosenblad (Jeff) of North Platte.
