She was predeceased by: her husband Darrel; her parents, Nathan McNutt and Dorothy McNutt; and her siblings, Bonnie Sevier, Louise Harron (Tucker) and Robert McNutt.
She is survived by: her children, Mick Cox (Marlene), Melanie Clark (Matt), Maury Cox (Debra) and Doran Beebe; her sister Doris Bryson of Linnville; and her siblings-in-law, Merle Cox (Cathy), Lee Cox (Janice), Pat Cox, Gloria Messersmith (Leland), Rosalie Hastings (Gary) and Linda Shandera (Joe). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Norma's name to the Darrel Cox scholarship fund established at the Hayes Center Public Schools.
