He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Richter and Hazel Richter (Clough); and his stepfather Bill Miller. He is survived by: his former wife Gwen Curtis; his children, Jodi (Stinson) and Randy (Lana); his stepson Mark Vogler (Cherish); his pet Alice; his wife Joyce (Busking); his stepson Brian (Janelle); and his siblings, Buddy (Janice) and Bonnie Rader (Con). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
