He was predeceased by: his parents, Henrietta Wasserburger and Dale Wasserburger; his mother-in-law Verl McMichael; and his brother Melvin Wasserburger. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Wasserburger; his children, Jeremy Wasserburger (Tonya) and Carissa Elliott (Garret); his granddaughters, Cali Ehlers (Barry), Faith Rohrbouck (Matthew), Kaylie Elliott (Scott) and Naomie Elliott; his siblings, Wayne Wasserburger (Mary) and Diane Clark (Kacey); his father-in-law Jim McMichael; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Hankins and Rick McMichael (Susan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chadron Christian Church (998 E 6th St, Chadron, NE 69337).
