He was predeceased by: his former wife Yukiko "Cookie"; his daughter Debra; his stepson Michael; and his parents, William "Bill" and Rose Horn.

He is survived by: his wife Nicolette; his children, Mark Horn (Cammy) and Connie Lutz (John); and his stepdaughter Cory Gunter (Dwayne). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family.
