He was predeceased by: his father Kelly J. Parker; his fiancée Katie R. Paul Parker; his cousins, Christopher W. Parker, Owen B. Parker and Hannah R. Hollibaugh; his grandparents, Vici J. Merrill, Corale V. Parker and William L. Parker; and his uncle Scott D. Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Lesa M. Merrill (Parker); his siblings, Carrie L Jacob (Dennis) and Dylan D. Parker (Cheyenne N. Agnes); his nephew Jaxon O. Jacob; and his grandfather Richard C. Merrill. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
