He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Burrows and Lois Burrows (Wells); and his brothers, Bob, Max and John.
He is survived by: his nephews, Ken and Gerry; and his great-nephew Max. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
To celebrate Don's lifelong commitment to the town of Hay Springs, in lieu of flowers the family has established a donation fund for the Hay Springs Fire Department & Hay Springs American Legion.
