She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sypherd and Amelia Sypherd (Rutt); her husband Robert E. "Bob" King; her brothers, Donald and Jack; her siblings-in-law, C. W. "Bill" King and Ellen King; and her nephews, Patrick King, Jack Sypherd, Jr. and Patrick Sypherd.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Carl Yanagawa; her daughter Sally Yanagawa (Carl) of Anacortes, WA; her stepdaughters, Kara Yanagawa of Portland, OR and Michelle Robinson (Phil) of El Lago, TX; her nephew Doug (Twila); and her niece Nancy Mailliard of Healdsburg, CA..
