He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Herz and Margaret Herz (Stone); his grandson Joey Warden; and his nephew Michael Herz. He is survived by: his brothers, Spouse, Jerry, Judie Herz, Hastings and Larry Herz; and his nephew Mark Herz.
