She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Adler and Betty Adler (McCoy); her husband Harold R. Black Jr.; her son Danny Lewis; and her brother Jim Adler.
She is survived by: her children, Spouse, Stacey, Bob Mulliner and Darrin Lewis; her grandchildren, Christina Harwell, Cody Halbmaier, Kayla Horst, Dillan Lewis, Jersey Lewis and Drew Lewis; and her siblings, Jack Adler, Kenneth Adler and Cheryl Minshall. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family.
