She was predeceased by: her daughter Sue; and her siblings, Jake, Frieda, Henry, John, Helen, Edna and Bill.

She is survived by: her husband Bob Barfknecht; and her children, Mark, Maryann, Lois and Bonnie. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 15 Many Great-Grandchildren, relatives, and friends.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
