With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell A. Bramble of Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on June 29, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Bramble and Alma Pearson Bramble; his wife Joan M. Wohlgemuth; his siblings, Mildred, Ethel, Doris and Dallas L. Sr. (Nita); and his niece Cindy Bramble Bergin.
He is survived by: his children, Tom (Shawn), Teresa Woodward (Rich), Linda Acevedo (Bill) and Susan Gohman (Steve); his grandchildren, Benjamin Bramble (Katie), Clayton Bramble (Haley), Anna Watkins (Garrett), Zachariah Bramble (Kristen), Jason Griess (Heather), Brandi Nygard (Mark), Ghia Griess, George Pepdjonvic, Tina Bunting (Ryan), Daniel Gohman (Allie), Sarah Blommer (Eric), Clark Woodward (Elise), Dean Woodward and Ellie Donnelly (Dave); his brother-in-law Donald E. Broman of Lincoln; his nephews, Dallas Jr. (Mary Anne) and David Bramble; his sister Pat Young of Oregon; and his nieces, Valerie Humphrey (Alf) and Lisa Jesmer (Craig). He is also survived by 36 Great-Grandchildren; and two Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to First St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
