He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Breetzke and Gertrude Breetzke (Stoetzel); his wife Angela Ulrich; and his brother Harold Breetzke. He is survived by: his children, David Breetzke (Ann) of Lincoln and Mary Augustin (Brad) of Kenesaw; his grandchildren, Eric Augustin (Christa), Trevor Augustin, Natalie Augustin and Michael Breetzke (Sara); and his sister-in-law Blanche Ulrich of Clovis California. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Lutheran Church of the Good Sheperd or the Hastings YMCA.
