We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2022, at the age of 75, Rita Lee Briggs of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Red Cloud, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Drake and Freda Drake (Kiehl); her husband Roger Briggs; and her siblings, Carol Olliff, Ellen Peterson (Neal) and George Drake (Phyllis).
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Handler; her son-in-law Catarino of Hastings, NE; her grandchildren, Ebony and Lavon Handler; her brothers-in-law, Norman Olliff and James Briggs (GayAnne); and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, longtime friends.
Memorials may be directed to her family for a later designation.
