He was predeceased by: his parents, B. G. Davey and Alma Davey; his brothers, Robert Davey (Ellen) and Wilford Davey; and his sister-in-law Diane (Loras Baumhover).
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Mahoney; his daughters, Nancy Cary (Mike) of Littleton, CO and Denise Spilinek (Mike) of Grand Island, NE; and his grandchildren, Lindsay Bertrandt (Jeff) of Big Bend, WI, Geoff Spilinek of Raymore, MO, Richard "Drew" Spilinek (Kathleen) of Antioch, CA, Allison Earley (Todd) of Littleton, CO and Rachel Sharkey (Bobby) of Parker, CO. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law.
Memorials may be given to St. Michael's Catholic Church or Hope Lodge in Omaha.
