She was predeceased by: her parents, T. M. "Bushy" German and Grace German (Shanholts); her husband Jerald Spicknall; her son William (Susan Spicknall); and her siblings, Dixie Oltman and Clyde German.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Spicknall, Rebecca (Terry Embree), Kristene (Howard Frear) and Jennifer (Joseph Hunt); and her sisters, Judy Wymore and Duluth. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 12 Great-Grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
