Patrick C. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Duggins and Helen Rose Duggins (O'Neill); his wife Jeanne Blum; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon (Anne), John and Nathan (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Ruby and Maeve.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hastings Catholic Schools Scholarship Fund or Morrison Cancer Center in his memory.
