It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael P. Stroyek of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Goodland, Kansas, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stroyek and Bonnie "Nadyne" Stroyek (Scofield); his sister Bonnie Bennett; and his mother-in-law Helen Katzberg. He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Stroyek; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Joleen Stroyek; his grandchildren, Shaylee, Alex Pedroza, Keaton Stroyek, Karter Stroyek, Jinjer Stroyek, Jeorjia Stroyek and Karson Stroyek; his great grandchildren, Layla Pedroza and Rio Pedroza; and his siblings, Linda (LeRoy Myers), Lincoln, Russ (Gena Stroyek), Papillion, Steve Stroyek, Chris (Donna Stroyek) and Pat Stroyek (Diane Huddleston).

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
