He is survived by: his wife Joan Gestring (Hilty); his daughters, Erica Sandell (Chad) of Omaha, NE and Olivia Oberg (Kevin) of Kearney, NE; his sisters, Cindy VanBoening (Lonnie) of Blue Hill, NE, Linda Parr of Hastings, NE and Deb Hinrichs (Steve) of Fairfield, NE; his grandchildren, Vivian Sandell, Garrison Oberg and Langston Oberg; and his pet Mindy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
