He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bunde and Ula "Josephine" Bunde (Jones); and his brothers, Raymond, Kenneth, Fredrick Junior and Rodney.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Bunde; his children, Kevin Bunde (Fran) and Renae Bunde; his granddaughter Sabrina Bunde-Aguilar (Mike); his shih-tzu Sadie; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Long and Sue Bunde; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce Bunde, Brian Bunde, Brad Bunde, Brent Bunde, Michael Bunde, Bryce Bunde, Jason Long, Jeremy Long, Lynette Jensen, Kris Rempe, Marlaina Wilson and Belinda Bunde.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
