She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Krebsbach and Mary Krebsbach (Grabenschroer); her husband Frank Herbek; her son Dr. Eugene N. Herbek; and her siblings, Victor, Ralph, Wilfred, George, Josephine, Irene, Stephane, Helena and Kathleen.
She is survived by: her son Robert Herbek (Jan); her grandchildren, Sara E. Herbek, Emily Frezell (Archie), Christopher Herbek (Sarah) and Brett Herbek (Brittani); her great grandchildren, Rylee, Brighton and Tate; and her daughter-in-law Jean Herbek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sacred Heart Parish or Our Lady of Assumption Parish.
