He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brown and Nina Brown (Collier); his brother Vernon Brown; his sister-in-law Mary Brown; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Lester and Annie Haack.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rae Gerdes; his children, Sandra Lee Brown of Hastings, Bonita Ann "Bonnie" Williams (William) of Ravenna, Barbara Gail Kattau (Scott) of Port Angeles, WA, Lee Maggie Brown (Kay Storrs) of Lincoln and Vincent Charles Brown of Panama City; and his brothers, Donald Brown of Dayton and Dwight Brown (Ruby) of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Quilts of Valor Association, 2216 Central Ave, Kearney, NE 68847 Marion was born March 26, 1931 to Edward and Nina (Collier) Brown in Lakeview Michigan.
