He is survived by: his children, Jody Piper (Larry) of Gallatin, TN, Debbie Eden (Larry) of Hartsville, TN, Kathy Gaines (David) of Lafayette, TN, Kevin Mayhew (Debbie), Jim Mayhew (Tonya) of Giltner, NE, Lyman Mayhew Jr. of Steamboat Springs, CO, Pamela Mayhew of Denver, CO, Peter Mayhew (Joann) of Corona, CA and Paul Mayhew (Amy) of Hartsville, TN; and his brother Raymond James Mayhew II (Cathleen) of Dandridge, TN.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
