He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Leonhardt Jr. and Melva Leonhardt (Adams); his brother Roger W. Leonhardt; and his nephew John Winroth. He is survived by: his siblings, Lamoine Leonhardt (Judith) and Jane Winroth; his nieces, Michelle Olsen (Todd) and Kelly O'Donnell (Aaron); his great-nephews, Jacob Olsen, Ethan Olsen and Kane O'Donnell; and his great-niece Quinn O'Donnell.
