We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lyle J. Wilder of Hastings, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Wilder and Laura Wilder; his son Rick Wilder; and his siblings, Gayle, Eugene Wilder and Arlene Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Delores Baker; his sons, Jay Wilder (Kim) of Hastings and Michael Wilder (Jody) of Corpus Christi, TX; and his daughter-in-law Shari Wilder of Olatha, KS. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Faith Lutheran Church or the Hastings Salvation Army.

“Kim & rest of Wilder Family (I say Kim, because she was the family member I knew - I am SO SORRY for the loss of Lyle. He was onry, but that was a highlight of his character. Loved him to pieces. I entertained on my keyboard at Blue Hill, and ALWAYS looked forward to seeing him. Ever since Covid, I haven't even entertained there - you were probably lucky to be able to get into see them. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I will always treasure his humor. Clarence and Dolores Kimminau”
