She was predeceased by: her parent Nancy Johnson; and her sisters, Treasa McClintock and Shelley Edwards. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Johnson (Cynthia) and Travis Fielder; her daughter-in-law Sara McKinnon; her children, Amanda Goin (Perry), Pamie Baker and Rick Englehart Jr.; her granddaughters, Stella Fielder, Alylah Fielder and Abbigayl McInosh; her parent Nancy Everhart; and her sister Pam Mecum (Darryl).

Memorials may be directed to the Funeral Home to assist her family with cost.
