He is survived by: his wife Donna; his parents, Marjorie Caudillo of North Platte and Raymond Fuentes of Hastings; his children, Jon Jay "Dink" Caudillo of North Platte, Juan Fuentes, Jr. of Phoenix, Kevin Armenta of Phoenix, Marcelina Fuentes of Phoenix and Leona Armenta of Phoenix; his siblings, Dolores Fuentes, Hope Fuentes, Stacy Robinson of Minnesota, Gavino Fuentes, Ramon Fuentes, Joy Fuentes of Arizona, Lorenzo Fuentes of New Mexico, Eric Fuentes of New Mexico, Matias Fuentes of New Mexico, Camilla Fuentes of New Mexico, Francisca Clifton of New Mexico, Rosita Fuentes of New Mexico, Indio Fuentes, Nicolete Little of Nebraska and Margarita Fuentes of Wyoming; his stepchildren, Joshua Herrada of Nebraska, Jonathan Herrada of Nebraska and Cameo Herrada of Nebraska; his stepmothers, Rosie Fuentes of Arizona and Sheila Sanchez of Arizona; his parents-in-law, Don Reyes of Nebraska and Tommie Reyes of Nebraska; and his stepgrandchild Keoni Lewellen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
