She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard LeRoy "Roy" and Lucille Ann Fraser (Richison); her parents-in-law, Ethel (Swingle) and Carl Mefford; her husband Donald Leland Mefford; her son Allen Lee Mefford; her sister Darlene Engel; and her brothers-in-law, Dean VanBoening, Bill Mefford, Kenny Mefford and Chet Engel.
She is survived by: her daughter Jannelle E. Carlson; her son-in-law Don Carlson; her grandsons, Lucas (Stephanie Carlson), Brock Carlson and Benjamin (Ashley Carlson); her great grandchildren, Knox Carlson, Briggs Carlson, Palmer Carlson, Andi Carlson and Samuel Carlson; and her brother Terry (Sharon Fraser).
