Johnson of Hastings, Nebraska, born in Jefferson, Texas, who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Revis Johnson and Ever B. Johnson (Crenshaw); his wife Christine Threadgill; and his siblings, Revis Johnson, Jr., Travis Johnson, Rufus Johnson, Artis Johnson of Pearl Jones, L. V, Florence, Sammie Moore and Lee Helen Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia A. Freeman (Bobby Sr.), Jacqueline D. White, Frederick B. Threadgill and James A. Threadgill Sr.; his grandchildren, Banardi Threadgill, Bobby Freeman Jr. (Jordan), Shanika Freeman (Brent), Nathaniel White, Ebony Threadgill, Christopher Threadgill, Justin Yelverton and James Threadgill Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Delilah, Brea, Ellis, Claire, Dorothy, Mary, Elijah, Samiyah, James, Brooklyn, Bryson, Londyn Brothers, Calvin Johnson and Jimmie Matthews.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
